The flamenco tablao El Palacio Andaluz moves to the Isla de la Cartuja

From November 27th, El Palacio Andaluz will be open to the public in Matemáticos Rey Pastor y Castro Street, number 4, former Cruzcampo pavilion at the Expo of 92. After almost three decades in the Macarena neighborhood, our flamenco tablao moves to Isla de la Cartuja, a place that can be accessed quickly and easily from the center of Seville.

With the change, visitors who purchase their ticket, can enjoy our usual flamenco show, in a remodeled building that keeps the aesthetics and hallmark of El Palacio Andaluz. This new space will feature a main hall, which will host the daily shows held by the tablao, surrounded by boxes with direct view of the stage so that attendees can see without problem and in detail the performance of our artists.

The exhibition space will also be maintained, which include “El Museo del Flamenco y Arte Andaluz”  of Seville, with costumes and photos of the artists that give life to the flamenco show of our tablao, as well as other elements and hallmarks of Andalusia, such as the art of wine or equestrian art, among others.

This exhibition area will also include the recreation of a booth of the April Fair, with all the ornaments and utensils, so that the visitor can get an idea of ​​what the environment is like where the traders meet with friends and family to eat, sing and dance.

The change will allow to expand the capacity, as well as the spaces and services offered by our flamenco tablao. Recall that, in addition to the daily flamenco shows, El Palacio Andaluz hosts the celebration of meetings, parties or special events such as cocktails or the organization of activities related to flamenco such as sevillanas classes, talks or workshops of fans, shawls and castanets, Among other events.

Its capacity and consolidates itself as a tablao of reference for those who visit Seville and want to enjoy a traditional flamenco show.

With this new location, El Palacio Andaluz goes one step further to keep alive the authentic spirit of our culture and our traditions through flamenco in Seville and that this city continues to be a reference of this art in the world. Proof of this is the growing number of visitors that include in their leisure and cultural agenda watching a flamenco show during their stay in the Spanish capital.
